Statistical Analysis
The mean proportion of zygotes developing to blastocyst by 96 hours in vitro was calculated for test and control treatments and exponentially transformed for comparison using ANOVA. Mean values for metabolic measurements were compared using Student t-test. The proportion of zygotes developing to blastocyst following exposure to CsA was compared with control values using chi-squared analysis. Differences between means were considered statistically significant at a P-value of less than 0.05.
