"Condensed model of LPA-induced RHOA signaling. Activated GNA13 signals a RHO-GEF, catalyzing the GTP for GDP exchange on RHOA. Activated RHO signals through PKC and also initiates a signaling cascade that terminates in the phosphorylation and inactivation of cofilin, an actin depolymerizer. Actin polymerization is a necessary precursor to the acrosome reaction."
