Antibodies were pre-treated with 1 µg/mL H3K79me2 and 0.5 µg/mL H3K79me3 peptides at room temperature for 1 h before immunocytochemistry of MII-stage oocytes. As a positive control, antibodies that had not been pretreated with the peptide (None) were examined. Antibodies were localized with an FITC-conjugated secondary antibody (green).
